ABOUT THE MUSEUM
In the year 2000, the United States Congress and President Bill Clinton authorized the establishment of a National Law Enforcement Museum in Washington, DC, paving the way for the nation's largest and most comprehensive museum honoring the duty and sacrifice of America's law enforcement officers.

Building and exhibit designs are being finalized. Precious artifacts that reflect the work of law enforcement, past and present, are being collected.

A Natural Extension of the Memorial

The National Law Enforcement Museum is a natural extension of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial. It will be a place where all Americans can honor, remember and learn about the hardworking heroes who keep us safe and provide the backbone of our democratic society.

A Matter of Honor

To make this dream a reality, the Museum needs assistance from people like you.
